Sr. Network Engineer
Location: US-NY-DEER PARK - 11729

Sr. Network Engineer, Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in Electronics, Information Technology; Design and maintain IT infrastructure enabling daily operations across all franchise locations—including POS systems, staff timekeeping, compliance terminals, and remote access—by deploying VLAN segmentation, site-to-site VPNs, and firewall zoning to ensure secure, scalable connectivity without on-site IT dependency; Lead backend systems design supporting a centralized, ERP-style operational dashboard—ensuring secure real-time access to inventory movement, labor coverage, and equipment uptime—eliminating dependency on third-party ERP platforms while enabling unified visibility across all franchise brands; Deploy monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, SNMP, NetFlow) to track bandwidth usage, system uptime, and device health across stores—enabling predictive maintenance and minimizing revenue loss due to service disruptions; Support CAPEX/OPEX planning by delivering infrastructure analytics including hardware lifecycle tracking, bandwidth optimization metrics, and support incident trends; Design and implement access control frameworks to manage network authentication, and device security across all locations—leveraging Active Directory, DHCP reservations, and MAC filtering to ensure that only approved users and devices operate within enterprise network. Skills: VLAN, SolarWinds, SNMP, NetFlow, firewall zoning, ERP-style operational dashboard, CAPEX/OPEX, Active Directory, DHCP reservations, and MAC filtering. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to work in various worksite locations throughout the US. No telecommuting.
